Happy Easter/Passover!

I hope that as you read this you are having a nice week.  Today, as I type this, it is Good Friday in the Christian community of the world.  As you read this, it is probably also Passover for the Jewish communities of the world.  So, I wish both communities a joyous time as we celebrate Passover.  Yes, I say Passover for both religions.  For the Jewish people the angel of death passed over their ancestors when they sprinkled the blood of the lamb over their door posts.  In the Christian community, it is much the same.  We celebrate Passover along with our Jewish friends because our roots are in Judaism.  However, we have a second Passover with the death of our Lord Jesus up on that cross when he was the Lamb of God and died for our sins, was buried, and then rose again on the third day after sealing up death.  So, Happy Passover everyone!

I am sorry to say that taking 2 weeks in between newsletters did me little good this time.  Even if I hadn’t made the announcement to do this, you still wouldn’t have gotten a newsletter last week.  It has been a few years since I had suffered from migraines….but last week they were back with a vengeance.  I had to close all of the doors and windows, block out any light trying to get in, and went through a lot of ice and hot packs.  I had forgotten the way that these headaches can incapacitate people.  So, let me tell you…if you have a friend or loved one who suffers from this problem ongoing….have lots of empathy for them.  They are not exaggerating.  For me, I couldn’t look at the computer screen because of the light that it emits.   I had planned on using my off weeks to work on the old website and then on to the new website…but got absolutely nothing done.  But, I am back at it again this week and got some files made for you.  I also posted the Easter files from the Yahoo Group within the Easter section on the website.  So, you can find them in both places right now.  The next newsletter will be in two weeks: April 20th.

If you are a prayer warrior, I have a request: I would ask that you keep my grandchild-to-be in prayer.  Mom had to have emergency surgery this past week…had to have her infected gallbladder removed.  She has been on tons of medications since this onset 2 weeks ago.  Also for my niece Kristy:  She just found out that she has pre-cancerous cells after her gyno visit….and also found out that her identity has been stolen for the past 9 months.  If you have not done a credit check on yourselves lately, I would highly recommend it.  She found out when she went to re-finance her home.  So…thanks for any offered prayers in advance.  Also, don’t forget! If  you email me with your prayer requests, I will get them onto the prayer chain…no last names please…just the first name & a brief description of the problem that needs resolution.

If  you have prayer requests, please send them to this address:

In the subject area, type PRAYER REQUEST.  Do not send last names.  Only first names and brief descriptions of the situation.  God knows what is going on! :-)  I will add them to my prayer list!  I also ask that if the prayer is answered that you let me know so that we can give Him Praise!

ORDERS for WPC , PDF, SVG, and MTC files:  This feature is for those of you who need a special file.  I charge for these kinds of files.  The price would be determined by the complexity of the file.

Also, from here on in, I am listing all free files as pdf and wpc.  If you want a svg or mtc, let me know....but I will be charging $1/file.  Most programs accept pdfs.  If I list all file formats on my website, it takes way too long and takes away from the quantity and quality of the designs that I want to post in the future.  This will encourage you to learn how to import pdf if you don't already know how.  One person said that she didn't know how to use pdf for svg.....well....I made a tutorial on how to do this and it is listed on the site under VIDEOS.
